What you buy

A personalized song, about two and a half minutes long, written and produced from the details you give us. We deliver it by email as a private page where you can play it, read the lyrics and download an MP3.

Songs arrive within 4 days of payment, or within 24 hours with express delivery. If we can’t meet the promise, we tell you; if an express song is late, we refund the express fee.

How we make songs

We write and produce each song with AI tools, from your story, and a person checks it before it’s sent. Each song is made for your order. Music is built from shared building blocks, so we can’t promise a song never resembles another, but we never imitate a real artist or copy a real song.

What we won’t write

We don’t make songs that harass, mock or threaten a real person, contain hate or sexual content, are romantic or sexual about a child, imitate a real artist, or use lyrics from existing songs. If an order breaks these rules, we refund it in full instead of making it.

You confirm that you may share the details you give us about the person the song is for.

Revisions

Every song includes one free revision, requested within 30 days of delivery. You can change the lyrics or the style. A revision changes the song you ordered; it isn’t a new song for someone else.

Using your song

The song is yours to enjoy and share: play it at home or at an event, send the link, post it on social media. You may not sell it, license it, upload it to streaming services or register it with content identification systems. We keep the rights in the music and lyrics so that we can deliver and host it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Refunds

Our refund policy explains when and how we refund. It doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order, except where the law doesn’t allow such a limit.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Consumer protections where you live still apply.
