Refund policy

Every song is made to order, so here is exactly when we refund. We want you to love it, so start by telling us what’s wrong.
Before delivery
Changed your mind before your song arrives? Write to us and we refund in full.
After delivery
Start with your free revision: tell us what to change in the lyrics or the style. If the song still isn’t right, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right or refund you.
Late or refused orders
If an express song arrives late, we refund the express fee. If we can’t make a song because the order breaks our content rules, we refund it in full.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
If you’re in the EU or UK, your right to withdraw from the purchase ends when the song is delivered, as you agree at checkout. Your other rights under local law are not affected.

Write to hello@yooying.com from the email address you ordered with, and tell us the song’s name.
